Week 6-Lighting

For my Hotel model I have learnt more about using lighting from Chris, I have learnt how to make objects have a shine to them plus assigning different materials to an object to give the shower a frost look on the shower door. Also by using render mental ray, I was able to have the whole room reflex making the bathroom look more real. I have used all different types of light starting from spot, area, volume, ambient and directional light, I was able to test all my texture with the lights and by doing this I could see where I was going wrong and had to change the value of the bump mapping and the Blinn texture to Lambert, because the shin of the mental ray, the Blinn texture was reflecting of every object and I found it hard to tone it down with the lights and I went trough the type list and kept rendering the clip to find the texture that suited the room.
