For the past few weeks I have been texture and re-texture my hotel room and meadow. It has happened a few times so I have been putting all the textures into one folder so it was easier to re-do. I haven't found the project hard I have had loads of fun doing my environments, it was great for me to build something new such as a bathroom and a meadow. For the bathroom I tried out so many different ways to improve the front part of the glass, but when Chris but the shine on the render, it made the bathroom reflex, which gave a nice reflexion on the shower glass door, which make the door look more realistic, therefore I will be leaving the door the way it is. I have also been doing the time tables and have kept to schedule with most of our work, we are running behind on the sound, renders and editing the final thing, so we are gonna be staying behind until it is finished.
I have now finished both environments and the animated wall falling down I am now taking over the bubbles and butterfly's flying around the scene. Also building the lush package.
I started to animate the wall breaking down, it was really hard because I wanted to do some animation in our project but I am now doing more animation than I thought I would, which is good because I get to learn more.
The wall its self, I begun with blend shaping the wall to crumble but it didn't look very affective, then I tried to animate and move the vertex, but it was taking a long time to do one section. So I then asked a few class mates on there opinion, and they suggested that I but joints into the wall and animate the joints. It took me a while to do but I manged to animate the wall falling down with the joints and it worked really well.
For our time tables I have to add four new things which are blend shapes, butterfly animation, the package building also voice over.
